Great place!!! - Edit
Loved this place, had a really amazing outdoor space we were able to let our dogs out and eat lunch in nature. Halls spring head waters is in the back yard. Where you can also launch kayak/paddleboards. Luckily It wasn’t too hot outside. Also the food was great with several options for vegetarians and vegans. Wouldn’t allow me to rate 5 stars. Especially enjoyed the yuca fries and V wrap.

Great find! - Edit
We had the house made hummus (lemon garlic today) and the server was very polite and friendly about holding the feta cheese! The pita chips are not vegan😒so I ate the hummus with potato chips. Sad but still very good. The salad was simple but yummy- love when restaurants have v salad dressing options. She even confirmed that none of us had a gluten allergy, WONDERFUL! Great portion sizes too.

Read moreWe had the V Wrap. One with fries and one with a salad. It was a big meal full of veggies and very delicious.
Pros: They had 3 delicious vegan choices to choose from., They actually have a “hummus of the day”, The venue was very cute and the staff friendly.
Cons: Unfortunately desert options are limited to sorbet

We stopped for lunch on the way home from a trip north. I found it as an option using this AP. The food was outstanding. We live about an hour away and will definitely be going back for dinner. Have already told friends about it. Cute atmosphere with great vegan options.

Met with a smile. Served with a smile. Woodsy atmosphere, and air conditioned. Solid vegan options. Gluten free options. First server question was -“ are their any allergies?” Delicious food - prepared amazingly. Vegan wraps were amazing - great follow to apps.✔️

Vegan friendly - Edit
Great service. Several vegan items, many vegetarian choices. We ordered the yucca fries which come with aioli sauce. The chef swapped a tomato dip instead. These were tasty. Has the Coconut Curry. Also good.

Delicious Vegan and Gluten free options. - Edit
We visited for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied with the food, service and atmosphere. The beyond burger, thai curry and pasta verde were delicious as was the hummus and flatbread appetizer. Will be back again. So happy to have found a great local restaurant that suits our vegan and gluten free dietary needs. Don't forget to make a reservation. This place is popular.

Great Find in Homosassa! - Edit
We were so happy to find Wallace’s At The Greenhouse! Run by a husband/wife team originally from St. Croix, the restaurant has a level of sophistication not easily found in the area. Chef Wallace trained at Johnson and Wales and his food, created in his scratch kitchen, is delicious, imaginative and beautifully presented. The menu, although conventional, offers several vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, all clearly marked on the menu. To start, we chose the Hummus of the Day, which was a lemon basil hummus with marinated tomatoes, cucumber, toasted chickpeas, sesame seeds and olives, served with warm flatbreads and plantain chips (made vegan by omitting the feta). As a main course we ordered the Red Coconut Thai Curry with Toasted Coconut Jasmine Rice, which came out of the kitchen nice and hot, with the vegetables cooked to perfection bathed in a tasty red sauce. For dessert we chose a chocolate sorbet, which was rich and satisfying. The restaurant has a charming ambiance, with brightly painted shutters and antique doors decorating the walls. They have a full bar, and a carefully selected wine list and craft beer selection. The owners and staff are friendly, and made it easy and comfortable to order plant based in a part of the country that is still catching up in that regard.
