Siam Paragon Food Court, stall #7 OPEN! Excellent vegetarian Thai food - Edit

We pass through Bangkok at least twice per year and were disappointed the Siam Paragon food court didnt appear to offer a vegetarian stall, which all other malls have. We were wrong - there's a great one at stall #7. It doesn't have any signs other than the number, plus it has alot of fake meats, so it doesn't look veggie, but it is. This stall has nicer, finer Thai vegetarian options than some of the others in the malls, which often are greasy and seem to have msg. The red and green curries were very tasty, as was the water-spinach/morning glory. The "Laab" was very tasty and spicy, with plenty of mint.
They'll offer to pop it in the microwave to heat it up…it tastes better warmed up, especially in the afternoon when it's been sitting there awhile.
We paid 80 for brown rice with two of the veggie dishes, and 105 baht for rice with three options.
We're very happy to find this yummy, authentic and relatively cheap (for that mall) meal. Very convenient!

Pros: Clean, authentic Thai food, Clean environment, Cheap for that location

Cons: No sign, other than "#7", Smaller portions than other malls, Pricier than other malls

its okay - Edit

The stall is located in the small stands called "Food Court" which is on the opposite side of the escalators from KFC. Its the seventh stand from the left (they all look the same)

Rice and two dishes for 80 Bart. okay portion. The food in Chinese style and on the slimey side and spicy. Its okay, but nothing special.

Staff don't speak English.

Pros: cheap

decent tastes and prices - Edit

It was hard to find for us, because we suck at navigating through malls! It's in the paragon food hall, ground floor, in the small stalls underneath a large panel that just reads "paragon foodhall", opposite KFC. We asked many people where it was, and no one could tell us it even existed. Meals were nice and cheap, pick from a couple pre-made options. Rice and two side dishes were about 80 baht each. Good portions, as well.

Pros: cheap , tasty , quick

Cons: not made to order , a bit cold, to be honest , little difficult to find
