Awesome Place! - Edit
Authentic, delicious Mexican food and all plant based!! Owner was wonderful and friendly and gave us recommendations on what to get. Absolutely stop by for an incredible homemade vegan meal if you are anywhere in a 100 mile radius!!

First off, the owner is a really friendly guy and fun to talk to. However, the food was disappointing unfortunately. The tacos and burrito were okay, nothing special but the waffles and french toast tasted awful. He also overcharged us and asked for more than what the printed menu stated the price was. It also took over an hour for us to get our food.

Went in at closing (thought they were open another hour), so he gave us cold “carne” and “cheese” to take home and assemble some burritos. Just the carne and cheese (no tortilla) for two burritos was $30. Good food, crazy expensive.

We were the only people there for lunch and Andres chatted with us the whole time. He is super nice and makes almost everything himself. He had a ton of options on the menu. He recommended the mollete (sourdough bread slices topped with refried beans, cashew cheese and chorizo) and the queso fundido (served with tortillas, avocado, tomato) so that is what we got. The food was good but very rich so it didn’t sit well after. We got the banana bread to go for dessert but it was terrible.
Read moreI love supporting vegan businesses and Andres was super nice but it took a long time to get our food since everything was frozen and he had to cook it all. And the place was pretty dirty. The bathroom needs a serious deep cleaning. I don’t think we will go back.

Fun place to get a meal. The owner and his dog are very nice. Hubby and I got a chorizo burrito and a potato burrito. Both are served open (un rolled) and were very tasty. We were given a bottle of habanero tamarind sauce to drizzle on top. The people at the other table had waffles which looked amazing. Just the one person working, so it takes some time to get your food, but worth the wait. We also had a nice thick brownie. #Veganuary

Small cafe with a few tables or you can take things to go. Andres is very nice and makes the cashew cheese in house. We had a wonderful Mexican breakfast of chorizo with cheese, served with tomatoes, avocado slices, tortillas, and two homemade hot sauces. Will be back next time I visit Loreto!

Read moreI tried all 7 tacos and would recommend all of them except the garbanzo and lentil tacos. Those were very dry and overall, not great. The other 5 tacos were exceptionally delicious (and a little spicy). The agua fresca was not very good but I'm glad I tried it. I would recommend stopping here when in Loreto.

I had one of each of the top four tacos on the menu. Really moist and tasty. Because they add a little pico de gallo and avocado, it makes them moist (sometimes vegan tacos can be dry) AND the tacos themselves are really really tasty. Vegan heaven. Plus the tamarind agua del dia was great. I would highly recommend this place. The owner is also fully bilingual. Great place, super filling. Everything is vegan, they even have banana bread and brownies.

A refreshing, fully vegan spot in Loreto. The chef is very welcoming and friendly. This is a regular spot for us when we're visiting. You must try the queso fundido and fresh jugo de piña.

Delicious and healthy option in loreto - Edit
Big beautiful burgers in a small very friendly restaurant. We had the lentil and chickpea burgers and both were delicious. The buns are made with oat flour and very yummy. We also had a smoothie bowl that was loaded with flax and chia seed. The banana bread and brownie were also amazing. The brownies are made with pure cacao and super decadent. Owner is super friendly, we can’t wait to go back!

This place is small and great. The food is outstanding. I went somewhere else for breakfast today l wish I had simply returned to Waicura. The owner is great along with AdaMariss, the girl who works there. Truly healthy food that tastes good. The ONLY down side is no air conditioning, But the food and company is worth tolerating that.
