Came here as our original option was full. I was very excited to try the new vegan options (sticky "ribs", chilli "squid" and no duck Donburi) and they did not disappoint! Tempura veg was lush as always, although the cauliflower was a bit of a let down this time. Finished off with the chocolate orange cake, delicious!

Man's a Wagamama man, as vegetarian it was good and tasty, now having been vegan for two years it was nice to see they've got on board the vegan train. Last year when I was back in the UK I tried their new vegan katsu, I was really disappointed that they'd used some meat substitute in place of the vegetables, it didn't make sense to me! This time they've made the old veetarian katsu vegan, it was just as tasty as I remembered. The more vegan options chains offer & the more people order them can only be a good thing.

We had intended on going to Piecaramba while in Winchester for the day but unfortunately they were full - it's times like that I really appreciate the chains like Wagamama putting effort into their vegan menus because we had to make a spur of the moment decision (we were hungry!) and Wagamama was quite close by. Despite my best intentions to try something different it's hard to say no to the Vegatsu with a bang bang cauliflower side - it never lets me down! The usual good quality and fast service in this branch, and this time I tried the tempura vegetables too and they were delicious.

Separate but extensive vegetarian and vegan menus. Best tofu have ever tasted. They have clearly put a lot of thought into their veg/vegan menus and have produced some excellent dishes.
