Huge vegan menu now with breakfast too

Went today for breakfast for the first time. Our oat milk lattes came with dairy at first. Be careful of that. The baked beans were literally in ketchup for some reason. The avocado was also a bit strange. The mushroom and spinach was my favorite in a teriyaki sauce but it was lukewarm. I hope it’s just as everything is new. I’ll be back to try the other new vegan options.

Spoiled for choice with vegan options here. So many delicious sides I want to forego the main meal. My vegan partner can’t stand it here as it’s so crowded and noisy and you’re on top of the people next to you. It’s also uncomfortable at the benches. He also doesn’t like how the food comes at all different times and once I was finished with my food by the time his arrived. It’s also often overly spicy. I think the innovation and creativity and delicious dishes make up for that. He loves a lot of the side dishes like the sticky ribs and buns. I got a free dish here though for being a regular at this place which is super cool. They’ve also compensated us when we’ve had bad experiences which is good.

Great vegan selection and very tasty

Wagamama is probably my favourite non fully-vegan chain. They have a great selection and the food is always really tasty. This time I got the Yasai Katsu Curry and it was really delicious. The vegetables were crispy and full of flavour.

They also do free cups of green tea so I had several of those too!

Pros: Great vegan selection, Delicious food, Free green tea

With their 50% vegan menu (and they're slowly pushing to 100%), and no booking (a pub charged £20 to reserve a table for a recent Meetup!), they're a great choice for gatherings.

Vegamama

Went for dinner and had a nice meal. There's quite an extensive veggie & vegan menu. The food was tasty and well presented, if slightly on the expensive side (at £10 for mains). Make sure you ask for green tea. It's free!

The restaurant is nice inside and has a small garden area at the rear. The staff were really friendly.

It's great that Wagamama have got on board with the veggie/vegan popularity. Give it a try.

Pros: Tasty food, Good vegan menu, Friendly staff
