Not VERY vegan - Edit
No longer does the vegan egg. Apparently the menu changes every few years. The vegan ramen was delicious, the vegan katsu was probably below average - I'm not a good cook and I could make something better. Most items can be made vegan. Has limited vegan mock meats now, I could only see a hotdog.

Always delicious - Edit
Wagamamas is always good! Vegan options are clearly listed and the service is usually fast.
Read moreThis one is very large and usually has a queue outside so it’s better to book in advance.
I had the Pad Thai and the mushroom bao buns.

Good, filling food - Edit
I got the vegatsu here and enjoyed it. It probably wasn't my favorite flavor of curry sauce but it tasted as it should. It was more filling than I thought it would be!

Very good for an omni chain - Edit
I went to Wagamama in Brussels before and was again surprised by the large range of vegan and vegetarian options. Every type of dish has at least one option. My ramen with silken tofu was very good, the portion was very large though and I couldn’t finish it. My mum had the bang bang cauliflower and said it was way too spicy for her, but otherwise would have been tasty.

So good for vegans! - Edit
A lot of chains are underwhelming when it comes to vegan options, but not Wagamama!
Read moreThey have a large selection, all clearly labelled (including drinks) and it’s all interesting and tasty options.
This time I went for the Vegatsu, my partner went for the Teriyaki Vegan ‘Chicken’ Ramen and we got Yasai Gyoza and Vegan Chilli ‘Squid’ to share. The food was all delicious! The Vegatsu was excellent – a nice big portion with lots of ‘chicken’ and loads of flavour! The gyoza was very tasty, and the chilli squid was great too – crispy and tasty! My partner also loved her ramen – she says it’s the best ramen she’s ever tasted and she gets it every time we go to Wagamama!

Fantastic vegan options at a great price - Edit
I can’t understand the 3* reviews here . There is literally no other chain providing the depth of vegan options as Wagamama - from starters and sides, to Ramens , noodles, healthy salads, low calorie.. and all of it is good and well priced. If you want to eat more healthy they have you covered, more fun, they have you covered. They are consistently adding new options and have a whole vegan menu. You can eat there with non vegans and vegans alike and have choice and recognition. Not another big resteraunt like it.

Always a amazing! - Edit
Literally oposite the theatre I was working in. Love their vegan menu. I went twice the first time dinner was free as they had taken my order and then forgot about it and it was almost closing so they cooked my food and gave it to me as a takeaway on the house. I had the vegan vegan ramen with seitan pieces and udon noodles. It was delicious and spicy. The second time was Saturday daytime, it was busy and food arrived really quickly. I opted for the stickly seitan ribs and for main I had a vegatsu curry everything was really amazing as usual.

Tasty, but limited choice - Edit
Wagas is always reliably tasty and allergens are handled really well, though there’s very limited choice for someone who’s both vegan & GF. Still, always a safe bet if eating with omi friends/family.

However, the steamed buns were delicious. Too bad it came only by 2 and so small. I could have eaten a whole table of them!

Gaz Oakley's vegan egg - Edit
I love the chain's decision of involving a vegan chef (Gaz Oakley) to introduce some creative vegan options to the menu. I had the almost famous bowl with vegan egg, which is great and super innovative. Shame on the cookers thoguh that it was served with partially unboiled and raw rice!

Really cool - Edit
Nice staff! They ask when you enter if you want to have a vegan menu. My bowl was really good. My non vegan boyfriend had ramen. He said it was a bit boring but okay. Food hygiene rating is very high too:)
