Clearly labelled vegan items

Wagamama's is great for vegans! There is a separate vegan menu which offers so much choice of ramen, curry, noodles, desserts, etc. The portions are big, so it's good value for money, too.

Love Wagamama!

Wagamama never disappoints! There is something for everyone on the menu!
They are flexible with substituting the ingredients and the staff are pretty well trained regarding the food allergens.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Wide range of options, Clear allergen information

Cons: Main are not necessarily served all together

Stepped up their game…

I stopped going to Wagamama when I found better katsu curries but going with a friend I tried some of their new vegan starters and they are so good!! Try the vegan ribs and calamari

Nice

Wagamama is getting better and better with their vegan offering. When we arrived they asked if we wanted vegan menus without being prompted (I look like an aging hippy so maybe that gave them a clue, YMMV).
The food's good, service is pretty attentive as long as they aren't too busy.
You can pay by scanning a QR code and just walk out if you want.

Nice Japanese Food

The food was extremely delicious, especially the sides. The staff was nice, but not there when I needed them.

Pros: Nice food , Good price , Japanese food

An old favourite haunt, but still slow in being fully vegan-friendly

Wagamama's new-ish vegan menu was a big deal😄Seriously yummy, and a great amount of choice. I hope one day soon the whole menu will be cruelty-free. In my experience staff often give out only the meaty menu and you have to ask for the vegan, as if it's some kind of secret. This is an assumption on the staff's part and not progressive - not advocating health and ethics or the increasing recognition of the need for them.

Nice Vegan menu

Took my family here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. They have a vegan and vegetarian menu with quite a few options on it, however I had to ask for the menu as it wasn't offered to us. Having said that there was plenty of choice there for me and my vegetarian family and the food was particularly nice. I tried the Vegatsu and I would recommend this to others.

The desert choice was a little disappointing as there was only one vegan choice although there were plenty of vegetarian choices.

As expected, the restaurant was very busy (it was lunch time), however it was made even noisier by the volume of the music playing. It would have been nicer if the music was at a more calming level.

I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant out to other Vegans/Vegetarians.

Pros: Vegan/Vegetarian seperate menu, Vegatsu is particularly nice

Cons: Very little choice of puddings for Vegans, Background music can be played a bit too loud, Generally a very noisy restuarant
