Created a separate vegan menu in 2017 which includes choices like wok fried greens, stir-fried udon or soba, katsu curry, fried rice, vegkatsu with rice, gyoza/dumplings, bao buns with mushroom and aubergine, and sorbet for dessert. Serves juice and smoothies. Open Mon-Thu 11:00-22:00, Fri-Sat 11:00-23:00, Sun 11:00-22:00.

Wagamama meets Doncaster

All their main dishes have vegan options either by omission or substitution. Around 50% of the starters are naturally vegan and there’s 4 desserts to choose from (sadly 3 of them are ice cream). They have oat milk for the drinks. Whatever you fancy eating can be made for you. The major plus is that all the food is freshly prepared. The waiting staff ask if you have any allergies and are happy to explain vegan options to the uninitiated. It’s the regular Wagamama experience you would expect from any of their restaurants 😀
