What a surprising find in the Caribbean! The waffle batter can be made vegan. The topping options are a bit confusing, though, because menu says waffles can be made vegan, but quite a few of toppings themselves are not vegan and would need to be removed (but there is no info of which topping is vegan). I went safe and chose apple and cinnamon

Vegan Waffle Heaven - Edit
Father and son ran and truly spectacular options!! Love their vegan waffles and most everything on the menu can be made vegan except for their options with meat since they don’t offer vegan meats. Very impressed with the apple vegan waffle and chocolate one. A place you need to stop at to enjoy incredible waffles!
