Pretty good. As a Vegan at here twice on my stay in Pinetop area

The first night I enjoyed the vegan stir fry with added tofu dish plus we got tempura. Most working there helped me identity what was vegan and what wasn't which is good for a small town. Of course, I scrutinized. We got the same dish two nights later with the added fried tofu again and it wasn't nearly as tasty or cooked as well as two nights before that. The second time the tofu was overcooked and flavors a little off. But we enjoyed the tempura both times and vegan sushi rolls of course!
