Not vegan friendly! - Edit
I quit ordering from here because more than one staff member told me that everything they make has fish sauce - nothing is vegetarian nor vegan - caveat emptor!

Trouble ordering online/phone - Edit
Tried to order but online menu forces choosing a meat for every dish. I called and the person who answered was kind but had a communication barrier and asked me to order online and she would try to make dishes vegan. Then when I reviewed what isn’t vegan again she said some sauces are pre-made and wouldn’t be able to make vegan. I’m sure it’s a better experience to go in person but ultimately I couldn’t find a way I felt comfortable ordering.

An old favorite - Edit
Been eating here for about 15 years and I've seen several changes in management. The menu has always been the same and they understand vegan food. They've always been happy to accommodate other dietary needs. Food and flavor quality can be hit or miss. Glad to see they have delivery options now!

We will be back - Edit
Nice people. Eccentric location. No trouble getting vegan food that I seemed both by taste and discussion truly vegan (no fish or oyster sauce). Food was pretty sweet as it often is Thai restaurants.
Read morePros: plenty of choices. Very vegan aware.

Great food in an unusual neighborhood. - Edit
I went here with my husband and 2 daughter who are all omnivores while I am vegan so it was a great compromise. The neighborhood was very sketchy and we were apprehensive but when you make the last turn onto 45th which is really an alleyway between 2 buildings it got much better. Inside is simply furnished but clean and the staff was very pleasant and accomodating. I had the pad Thai without fish sauce and egg. It was a little more spicy than I am used to but very good and the veggies were very fresh. I also had the vegie spring rolls with tofu. they have an awesome fresh green chili sauce to dip in. I actually saw the cook out front picking fresh mint for the spring rolls. They were very fresh and very good. Everyone in our party was happy with their meal. I say it was worth a trip to sketchy part of town.

Tasty! - Edit
Right next to the Vulcan. Great place to eat. The food tastes pretty good. They have the best pumpkin curry dish.
Read moreIt is very nice place to sit outside, a lot of decorative plants. Too bad they serve meat.
