True chef-inspired vegan food - Edit
Wow excellent vegan stuff, in T2 en route to gates 75-81. Elote soup; “coconut” pork rind tacos (tasty, nothing like pork); squash blossom burrito (omit cheese)…all clearly marked. Yay!

The only reasonable vegan friendly restaurant I could find. They have some decent options with PROTEIN, made me really happy 😃 and they also have matcha latte with almond milk

I was having a very sad, fruitless search around the airport until finding this place (I should of course have just checked this app in the first place). Quite a few vegan options clearly marked on the menu, and they have a menu in English too. I had the coconut tacos which were really tasty.

The place is very nice , very well decorated, it's one of the very few places which is actually nicer inside MEX airport (at terminal 2).
Read moreI loved the burrito that I ordered...The burrito with beans, mushrooms and squash blossom was amazing!!! And the sauce was a combination of red sauce, with green. Really delicious. The corn soup with coconut, was also another great vegan option.
By coincidence, I had the opportunity to meet the chef/owner and showed her the happy cow app😄she loved it.
She also is the chef in a very recognized restaurant in Mexico City, carmela y sal, so this is why the quality was very good. I fully recommend the vegan options at this place.

Read moreOur server was very knowledgeable on vegan items. I did have to get creative with him and I ordered chips and salsa with guacamole and made my own nachos. 
Pros: Chips, salsa and guacamole were excellent , Black refried beans were wonderful and corn soup, Chocolate cake was out of this world
Cons: I would’ve liked Mexican rice but was fine

Many Vegan Options for Airport! - Edit
Found at the end of Sala B in T2. They have many clearly marked vegan options on the menu including falafel sandwich and a tasty mushroom burrito (ask without cheese) and chocolate dessert. Prices are fair/comparable to other airport restaurants and portions are decently sized.
