Vegan pho is amazing - Edit
Everything is vegan except for optional fish sauce. The Pho is my favorite, but honestly, it is all extremely good.

I can’t believe happy cow doesn’t allow me to give this a five star rating since it’s not vegan. I think they offer dairy in coffee but everything else is vegan so this is crazy. I’m a regular at Vu Noodles and the banh mi is beyond.

We love Vu Noodles - Edit
Everything is vegan as is, except a few items have an option for fish sauce instead of the normal vegan sauce. We go here regularly, I think we've tried almost everything they offer and it is all delicious. The bahn mi is fantastic! You order at a window and eat at very pretty outdoor garden tables. The owners are very nice and friendly.

Read moreI ordered the crispy rolls and Caramelized onion and tofu noodles and they were delicious!! A little bit pricey but generous portion sizes. My non-veg roommates loved it too. Staff was very sweet when we picked it up! I’ll definitely be going back

Totally worth the hour drive we just made to try this place. Staff was kind, patio was lovely, food was so amazing it’ll make you consider moving to be closer to this place. Food portions are huge, and the depth of flavor is spectacular.

It's a cozy and nice place. We had the lemon grass noodles and the crispi rolls. They tasted nice. The only thing about the noodles, I wish there were vegetables in the dish. It was mostly tofu and noodles. Thus, the dishes could be better.

Great vegan bahn mi- lots of flavor with delicious tofu. Whole menu is completely vegan. New location at the Jefferson school HS more regular hours than the downtown mall location.

This is by far my favorite veggie restaurant in town. Why settle for another lame veggie burger when you can have all-natural non processed fresh veggies & protein. Price is incredibly reasonable for this quality standard & the owner is friendly.

I called ahead to ask about menu options that I saw online, and Karen was so friendly and offered to take my order over the phone so that she could have my order ready when I arrived! Everything on the menu is vegan/vegetarian, so it was really exciting to have everything on the menu be an option for me. They have a good variety, too! I got the curried tofu salad on naan and a green tea with chai seeds. I was instructed to peel off the foil as I ate to help keep all of the toppings on the sandwich and given extra napkins. The sandwich was stuffed with delicious fresh cabbage and the incredibly flavorful curried tofu. I enjoyed every bite! The tea was also great, very light and refreshing. Plan to eat somewhere outside on the downtown mall, as they do not have seating. I would say that this is one of my favorite vegan dishes I've eaten in Charlottesville and I really enjoyed my interactions with the staff. I can't wait to go back and try something new (or maybe the same thing again...)!
