mediocre and uninspired - Edit
Like so many Krishna-run places in South America, Vrinda offers bland, uninspired dishes. The set menu includes a salad bar of 4 items (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, beets) with a hideously spicy dressing; soup (usually good); and a choice of entrees. I asked for soy sauce to give some flavor to the "arroz chaufa" (rice stir-fried with tofu and veggies), but got a blank stare. Their only seasoning is salt. Apart from the low price of 5 soles, and given better veggie places in Cusco, there's no reason to eat here.
