Like homemade - Edit
I loved the bread. We had some fresh baked Vollkornbrot and a variety of rolls with and without herbs. I think it tasted like homemade in the best sense. Better than the bread from most german bakeries. It tasted like something that someone put their heart in. The place was truly unique as well, as was the owner who was very friendly and tried to explain everything. (I guess we used a mix of german and spanish to comunicate. It worked well enough.)

little „german“ Bakery - Edit
The owner speaks a little German, but no English. Almost all the breads were vegan. But he didn't have any sandwiches or pastries. We had a small tomato bread and a herb bread. Unfortunately, it wasn't as tasty as expected.

Fantastic bread and rolls - Edit
A hidden gem in Puerto Varas. All of the breads and most of the rolls are vegan. Very friendly and helpful owner. The rolls and the bread I tried were fantastic!
