I was hired by Vodega, I was a chef, I have disabilities, and that was explained when I was hired. I was abused , sexual harassment, and I was discriminated because of my disability.

The ice cream was actually made from what seemed like water bc there was ice chunks in it and some thick vanilla syrup. The texture wasn’t even close to ice cream. One scoop of this nonsense was over $6. I also ordered a chick parm- this was just frozen store bought alternative meat- nothing spectacular at all, served over hard rice. The only thing that tasted decent was the egg cheese bacon on a bun.

A gem in Staten Island - Edit
$18.50 for a peanut butter cup smoothie and a grilled cheese sandwich. No wifi. Very friendly staff who answered questions and offered me a free smoothie sample. It even looked like the owner was employing young people and teaching them; I saw patience and understanding from his side. The place wasn’t anything crazy exceptional by itself, but it’s one of the very few fully vegan restaurants on Staten Island, and that pushes it to 5 stars. Not quite worth taking the ferry just to eat here, but if you’re taking it anyway, I highly recommend you visit. Smoothie was thick and delicious; grilled cheese was very tasty but not too greasy.

We got some bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches delivered for a quick meal on the go, while visiting Staten Island. They were out of the avocado chocolate cupcakes but gave some banana ones instead that were wonderful! So many options for vegans. Kind and great service as well. Thank you.

Tons of options, and definitely unique amongst the different vegan eateries out there, has a few grocery items in the back for sale too, the sandwiches I’ve gotten have all been really good!

Love this little deli that offers awesome vegan versions of classics. My non vegan super picky son loved the chicken parm (he loved it and would get it again) and my Reuben, loaded with deliciousness, was the best I’ve had. While I waited, and not very long, I picked up a few vegan bodega items too - vegan pesto, chocolate bars, cookies. The menu is extensive, and dessert looked amazing. Super nice staff. Well priced. Found nearby parking. Did I already say I love this place? Definitely worth a visit.

Had a giant carton of just egg, and other refrigerated and shelf stable groceries. Hot food. Huge menu. Took the free ferry from Wall Street to a 10 min bus that drops you right in front of the bodega. There’s local items to buy too.

Loveeee this place! The just egg sandwich they make tastes just as delicious as I remember an egg and cheese sandwich from the deli tasting! My husband loved the impossible burger. Their fries are also very delicious and I’m excited to try more things! So happy to have a vegan deli on Staten Island😄something for vegans and non vegans alike!
