Veggie Pho Broth

I was sick and wanted pho but I didn't want to drive far and needed to broth to be vegan and this was the first place I stumbled upon. The ordering website made it clear that vegetarian options were available but I called to make sure the broth was vegan before placing it. I got the tofu pho with vegetarian broth and it was quick and so delicious. I will definitely be back.
