Excellent eco-friendly supplements - Edit
Vivo Life have a great range of vegan supplements including a multi nutrient, omega-3 and vitamin D oils, and protein powders. All of their products are third-party tested for heavy metals and other contaminants so you know you're getting a high quality product.
Read moreI've been using their multi nutrient since I went vegan over a year ago and I feel great on it. I haven't had myself tested but I'd be surprised if I'm deficient in anything.
They have a subscription service so I don't have to worry about having enough and it's always delivered promptly each month. It's easy to skip a delivery if I need to and it's about £20 for two months worth of vitamins which I think is great value. It's formulated based on scientific research and they even have an 80 page e-book you can read explaining why they have the nutrients they do in it and in the proportions that they do, all backed by scientific studies. They even update the formula now and then based on new scientific research!
The multivitamin packet is also fully compostable and it's delivered in paper packaging so there's no harm done!
I also met a few of the staff members at Vegan Life Live last year and they were super friendly and passionate about their products. I also got to taste their cacao protein powder at the show and that was really delicious too.
