Great little store! - Edit
I discovered Vitamin City when I was living in the Lakewood Village area of Long Beach. I assumed that it was a GNC type of place based on the name and probably never would have gone in if someone wouldn't have told me that it is a full blown health food store. Great prices on some of the same things I used to buy at Whole Foods, extensive collection of herbal and vitamin supplements, eco-friendly household and personal products, lot's of vegan and gluten free food items, and a friendly staff. My only complaint is that the produce is often old. Over all I'm glad I found Vitamin City.
Pros: good prices, good variety, friendly staff
Cons: produce often not fresh
