Poor quality for a steep price

My first time trying Vitality Bowls at a different location, my experience was underwhelming. I thought I'd give it another shot in case it was just the location, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I ran into the same problem of low quality fruit, bland flavor, and soupy bowls that hadn't been thickened enough. Bad enough that you don't want to eat it at all, so I won't be giving this chain another chance. Their pricing also isn't competitive enough to be putting out açaí bowls with such poor quality.
