I decided to invest in a 50-minute drive to have a weekend lunch here on day number 5 (out of 30) of my personal raw vegan challenge. Sarah (owner) was very kind to explain the numerous raw vegan options on the menu.
Read moreI thoroughly enjoyed and savored every bite of the raw vegan pizza, which was exquisite. It is truly unique. Nothing like it is offered anywhere else in Minnesota.
There is a large variety of packaged foods available for purchase. I stocked up on chia flax chips, cacao nibs and a couple of desserts. #Veganuary

We first learned about this restaurant because it is participating in the Twin Cities Vegan Chef Challenge (2024).
Read moreWe couldn't believe the enormous vegan menu. They are a plant-forward restaurant with a huge vegan menu. There are so many delicious and healthy options on the vegan menu.
We had the raw pad Thai for the vegan chef challenge, and it is one of our all-time favorite dishes. It was incredibly creative and delicious.
The dish was incredible: mango, red pepper, red cabbage, sprouts, and ginger almond butter dressing.
The good news is this is a regular item on their menu.
They also have a lovely coffee menu with macadamia nut milk. I'm not sure if they offer other milk alternatives. They also have house-made, grab-and-go snack items, and juice tonics.
We will return, which will be in our rotation of restaurants now that we know about it.
Pros: huge vegan selection, creative menu, nutritious and delicious

Fresh! Delicious! Great view of the lake. We ordered the Vegan Mexican Taco and the Vegan Asian Roll. The portion size was perfect as we left full and satisfied. We are already planning what we will get next. Sarah, the owner, came out and stated they can adjust/substitute things on meals to make them vegan if they aren't already!!
