Vitale cafe at Aqua Sana, Center Parcs - Edit
Visited for a spa day and food was included as part of the package, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a separate vegan menu available. Staff seemed clear on veganism, but also take allergens/intolerances very seriously, to the point they refused to serve me houmous due to a cross contamination warning. I had the Buddha bowl and added the vegan feta and pesto, I’d like to try the afternoon tea next time. Excellent service. 3.5 ⭐️

Excellent choice for vegans - Edit
I was worried we'd have nothing to eat on our spa day but that wasn't the case. We enjoyed the vegan platter (ask for the vegetarian platter without the feta dish, we swapped it for extra olives) and the 2 vegan salads.
Read moreI also had a vanilla and hazelnut pastry.
Everything was freshly prepared and very nice, plus the service was excellent.
