Vital Foods is a delightful vegan bistro with a warm, friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere. Their sandwiches are truly standout. I tried the jackfruit and chickpea sandwiches, and both were incredible, packed with flavor While I didn’t get a chance to try their other dishes, the quality of the sandwiches alone suggests that their menu is full of delicious options. It’s a great spot for a casual, tasty vegan meal, and I’ll definitely be back to explore more. Highly recommended for anyone seeking fresh and flavorful vegan fare!

We dropped in for lunch and got a chickpea wrap and a mushroom burrito. Both were great, but I’d give the mushroom burrito the win over the two. The breakfast menu seems great, but they stop breakfast at 11:00 AM.

Nothing super special, but still healthy and nice. It is located next to the shopping street so it was nice to find something affordable, better than 7eleven but cheaper than fancy brunch spots.

We ordered two burritos 10 min before closing up and the staff was so nice to us and told us that we could just sit outside in the sun and that they would stress about closing and taking in the chairs.

I came here for breakfast and got a tea and a breakfast burrito. The burrito had tofu “eggs” and they were tasty but a little heavy on the turmeric. The sauce it came with was also a bit sweet but the important thing was, I left full at a reasonable price.

I was there twice during the 6 hours I spent in Kopenhagen. For breakfast I had the avocado and pea sandwich. It was amazing, the lemon zest was not only for decoration but it was enough so it actually added a great taste. I came back shortly before leaving the take two burritos with me for later in the day and they were also great. The only small critic would the rice being slightly undercooked. But that added some texture to the soft filling so i didn't mind.

The breakfast burritos smell good at the door before Vital Foods was officially opened. I had the tofu scramble burrito with an organic apple, beet, and ginger juice and it paired nicely. The temperature and texture were both perfect. Lightly toasted to perfection. Enjoy!

Filling and tasty burritos (could have used some hot Sauce). The Tortillas were grilled at the end. They were a little on the dry Side, especially the minced mushrooms one. The black beans & sweet potatoes one was more balanced. Good Espresso and Iced Coffee. Reasonable Prices given the Location. Very friendly Staff.
