Absolutely epic - Edit
Firstly the menu is immense. So many options make it hard to decide. I was sold on the advertised smoke show special and it did not disappoint! Authentic BBQ vibes and with an epic macaroni salad side. We also had the surf and turf and totally did a double take on the oshi salmon and the steak! So good! Our son loved the pancakes. Vibes were also great and we enjoyed outside seating. The owner waited on us and he was so nice! Any plant based person visiting Seattle needs to visit! Also the neighborhood has so many cool shops and vibes.

So good - Edit
I absolutely love this place but I'm knocking off a star because the service is pretty slow. It's worth the wait but if you're in a rush you might want to find somewhere else. If you have the time then definitely eat here!

Amazing restaurant with a lot of options! I personally recommend the BBQ Mac Daddy bowl with Nashville Hot Sauce, ultimate comfort dish. The Yakisoba Noodle Bowl is also one of my favorites if you’re interesting in something a little less rich.

Outstanding in Every Way - Edit
We ventured into Fremont tonight from Auburn and were pleasantly impressed and thrilled to find this gorgeous spot. Friendly, knowledgeable server who gave impeccable service and absolutely DELICIOUS food. Both of our dishes were outstanding in terms of balance, portion size, and creative plating. We had such fun enjoying our meal—this place has lighting that is both illuminating yet romantic enough to be on a date—and we savored every single bite. We will be back!!

Amazing Vegan Pork - Edit
We got the BBQ Mac Daddy and the ODVB pork sandwich and they were fantastic, best vegan pork I’ve ever had. They also make a delicious Moscow mule and service was very friendly.

3.5 stars (good, but not very good) - Edit
The food was fine. Odd not to get a side of fries with the very pricey burger, and would prefer a tofu scramble over the weird faux sunny side up egg with breakfast. Good service - very kind and welcoming - and a clean space.

It was ok - Edit
Quality and quantity wasn't quite there for the price. Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but the menu is huge and so overwhelming that it's hard to guess what will be good.
Read moreWe spent $60 before tip on wings, smash burger, fries and Mac. Nothing was bad, and it was plenty of food for two people. The smash burger and fries were our favorite. The cauliflower wings were good, but there was an off flavor to them that my partner described as seafood-like. The Mac was ok but very one-note. Was missing something, I wish it was cheesier, saltier and more acidic.
I probably won't be back until I get some good recommendations for what to order. The bowls look enticing!
Pros: Smash burger and fries were good

Really thankful for a fully vegan restaurant in Seattle but the food is hit or miss for me. Really liked the mozzarella sticks and pistachio milkshake, udon noodles bowl was good, but the chicken wrap and Sean's [censored] burrito-not so much.

Variety of excellent vegan food! - Edit
We greatly enjoyed our lunch at Vital Creations! The menu was extensive with a variety of entrees, apps, juices, and smoothies. They also had Frankie and Jo’s ice cream! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The mac and cheese was particularly good! The service was quick and friendly. Their outdoor seating was a nice option.

Awesome vegan food! - Edit
We thought there would be lots of awesome vegan food in Seattle - wrong! And if you’re a vegan, you know you have to go to a vegan restaurant to get awesome vegan food. Vital Creations is such a place, with a menu that keeps us headed back to try something new or savour an old fav. So far, it’s all delicious! We love the Spicy Oaxacan Bowl, BBQ Mac Daddy, Crunchy Cabbage Patch Bowl, Burrito Supreme, and my husband’s favorite, the Bakon Bleu Burger.

Really delicious bowl - so flavorful! - Edit
Only got to go here once but it was fantastic! I had the Spicy Oaxacan Bowl and it was the perfect size with a ton of flavor and very nutritious. Everything was fresh and obvious care was taken in making it all. Was awesome and I would love to go back and try most everything else on the menu. Nice vibes inside too with a small back patio. Great spot and highly recommended!

All Day, Every Day - Edit
I’ve been wanting to write a review for this place for a long time. It’s one of our favourites, and we visit at least 1-2 times a month. The food NEVER disappoints - it’s hard to pick favourites since the entire menu is so well curated, flavour-packed and delicious! I would highly recommend this place for a casual meet up - the vibe is super relaxed and inviting - it has a chill zen vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly as well!
