Opened Jun 2013, and shortly, removed fish from its menu to become a fully vegetarian bar and restaurant. Offers a daily menu for lunch which includes two courses, a dessert, and drink. Dinner menu is available Monday to Thursday; it's 100% vegan on Monday and Wednesday. Uses local and organic products whenever possible. Seats 50, has a room for children with games. Open Mon-Sat 12:00pm-5:00pm, Mon-Sat 8:00pm-12:00am, Tue-Fri 12:00am-12:00am, Sat-Sun 12:00am-1:00am.

Vita viridis is a brand new vegetarian restaurant in Sabadell. They used to serve a couple of dishes with tuna but now it's completely vegetarian.
All the products are certified organic: fruits and vegetables, legumes, flours, olive oil, plant-based milk... Also, they offer only seasonal products and try to use as much local ones as possible.
-Lunch
Offers a daily lunch menu for 9.90 €. If you're a vegan be sure to make a reservation so they can adapt the menu if needed.
-Dinner
The menu is extensive and changes depending on the season, e.g., we were told by the owners that the musaka will be removed from the menu (the eggplant is now out of season).
Vegan options are not yet marked in the menu but they plan to do so. In the meantime, the staff can guide you through the different vegan treats, which are many.
-Taste
We enjoyed vegetable pâtés, vegan homemade cheese, vegan croquettes and couscous with chickpeas "Nita-style". Everything was delicious.
-Value
Considering that all the products are organic, the value is fantastic.
-Other thoughts
The staff is super friendly and the place very cozy.
Overall a great addition to Barcelona's vegetarian restaurants!

Very friendly people attends this new restaurant.
We enjoyed with the vegan croquettes, specially with the red pepper.
Tomato pate also amazing.
I chose a tofu "pita" with vegetables and was very tasty.
It is also interesting a small room with toys where children could play after lunch or dinner.
Recommendation: Would be nice to distinguish Vegan options
