Juice and smoothie shop also offering breakfast bagels. English menu available. North of the Miebashi monorail line, opposite the Junkado store. Open Mon 10:30am-7:00pm, Wed-Sun 10:30am-7:00pm.
If I remember well, this is not fully vegan, but you can veganize most drinks. Extensive drink menu. I tried the goya smoothie as I was in Okinawa, could veganize it! Noticed there was food like bagels but never tried it. Friendly staff.
Location is actually on the second corner street on the left side, if walking from miebashi station. Such a great option for breaky or a snack, staff were friendly and provided me with an English menu. Can make your own smoothie blends or select one of theirs, they also do juices. And some food options like bagels.

Fresh & tasty - Edit
The map is wrong, keep walking away from Miebashi along Okiei-dori and it's on your left

So refreshing - Edit
I had the berry smoothie and the veggie bagel. The smoothie was sooo yummy especially if it's hot outside. Bagel was a little overpriced.
