Large menu of Thai and western foods - Edit
We tried the Portobello steak, which came with arugula, potatoes, and a slightly spicy chimichurri sauce for 340 Baht. We also ordered the burrito bowl for 290 Baht, which featured a delicious combination of tofu scramble, rice, guacamole, and black beans. We finished off the meal with a hot brownie.
Read moreThe food was very good, and it was a refreshing change to have ingredients like black beans and arugula.
However, there were a couple of things I wasn’t fond of. The restaurant requires you to scan a QR code to view the menu, order, and pay. Unfortunately, when paying I encountered an error message written in Thai, though the staff allowed me to pay normally with my credit card without issue. Additionally, they automatically add a 10% service charge, but then the payment screen prompts you to add a tip on top of that. While you can adjust the tip percentage, I suspect many customers might not realize a service charge has already been applied.

Very expensive - Edit
Ordered takeout pizza one night in Bangkok. It wasn't bad, but there was some kind of sauce drizzle on the pepperoni pizza which added an odd, unexpected flavour. Quite expensive for what it was too.

Underwhelming experience - Edit
Today we went to Vistro, excited to taste their food after the raving reviews here and on Google. Unfortunately our experience of our visit was underwhelming.
Read moreThe food definitely looked great, but somehow all dishes had an 'okay' flavour sensation. Something which would be okay for regular Thai prices, but Vistro clearly puts itself in the higher range with their prices (for Thai standards).
The gyozas were fine, but pretty bland (though the sauce gave a kick to it). The bao buns mostly tasted like they were filled with a sweet and spicy sauce and nothing else (which obviously they weren't). The dan dan noodles were a real disappointment. Just a bit spicy, but not much flavour. The khao soi was probably the best dish we had, with a few interesting add ons (so if you are going: order that) and a nice flavour to the stock. On the other hand: we've had loads of khao soi in Thailand and this one is definitely in the lower ranks.
The service wasn't great either. You have to use your phone to look at the menu (which is fine) and also pay online (which definitely makes everything a little less personal). We received our drinks when the food had been on the table for about 10 minutes (starters and mains served at the same time). Just not the best, though the girl serving was really friendly.
Atmosphere of the place is great though and the dishes all look fabulous. But if you're looking for some great (Thai) food: go elsewhere. We paid around 45 euros for our meal, which definitely wasn't worth it.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, Great presentation
Cons: Underwhelming flavours, High prices for what you get

My dream come true, amazing Vegan Dim Dum - Edit
I love Dim Sum. But I have yet to find a totally vegan place to do them, until now. This place was rather quiet which I think is a total shame. If you love dim sum you gotta try it. While they do have other things on offer, I was impressed with what I got and the new twists they added. We got Zatar Fried Chick'n, Fried Gyoza w/ Asian Salsa Verde, Vistro Dumplings, Yin & Yang, XO Dumplings and Eda-mama Dumpling. For drinks we got Pistachio Dream and Garden Gangsta. Everything was pretty delicious with some interesting flavours. My least favorite things were the Zatar Fried Chick'n which was rather dry and greasy and needed a decent sauce and the Garden Gangsta drink. Looking forward to coming back!
Read morePros: Amazing Vegan Dim Sum, Culinary innovation with Fried Gyoza w/ Asian Sals, Gourmet experience
Cons: Is a bit pricey, When I ordered online said they didn't do spicy

Food excellent - Edit
Came back one year later and had another very good meal. The pizza is fantastic as is the deep fried ‘chicken’ made from mushrooms.
Read moreThe only suggestion I would make is that there is too much ‘automation’ - Q code menus and Q code payment meaning interaction with the staff is at an absolute minimum meaning it is rather soulless which is a great shame as the place itself is very funky.
I would come back again for sure but the lack of dialogue makes me think something is missing.
It’s also a way of differentiating from the others when food is not enough.
That’s why it is a 4 not. 5.
Pros: Food, Place
Cons: Little atmosphere , Minimal staff interaction.

Amazing Vegan Find! - Edit
Absolutely loved this place while visiting Bangkok - the interior was beautiful, the menu had so many options and the food was absolutely delicious. My partner had the habibi wrap and nachos to share, I had the truffle mushroom flatbread. Only downside was that the flatbread was so delicious, I ate it all and only managed three nachos! Would definitely recommend, I hope we have time to come back before we head away again.

Fresh, good food - Edit
I ordered the nachos as appetizer & it was really good and fresh. Would definitely order again. I also ordered the white/mushroom pizza. Although it was fresh I wouldn’t order that again. I had a coconut drink which was refreshing and delicious. Extensive menu and everything looks so good! Would go back

Packed with flavor - Edit
The portions aren't gigantic like we had in some other Thai restaurants, but the dumplings were packed with flavor. It was perfect for an afternoon snack after a hot run.

Nice set of food dishes - Edit
We went to this place by accident but it was a nice surprise.
Read moreWe arrived per accident at the closing time but they were so kind to still let us in and cook for us.
We went for a nice set of dishes which was composed of 2 baos, a plate of noodles and a passion fruit homemade drink.
The food was nicely presented and very tasty. However, the food portions were a bit disappointing for the price you pay.
But nonetheless, I would recommend it!

Pricey for mixed results - Edit
I enjoyed most of my dishes, but my husband did not like any of his. However, when our son tried the Zatar Fried Chicken, his eyes went wide and he said “Oh my gosh! I never thought I’d eat fried chicken again!“ (High praise from this generally “middle of the road” teenager!)
Read moreHere’s the full breakdown of our meal: (ratings out of 5⭐️, from highest to lowest)
- Vagyu Sando: 5⭐️
- Zatar Fried Chicken: 4⭐️ (average of 3 opinions)
- Moussaka: 4⭐️
- Vistro Dumplings: 3.5⭐️
- Game Changers’ Burrito: 3⭐️ (A lot of people raved about this one, but my son found it to be no better or worse than your average burrito.)
- Passion Fruit Mango Ice Tea (too tart): 3⭐️
- Forza 12” Pizza: 2.5⭐️
Overall, I expected better results and larger portions for the price we paid. I wouldn’t return, but for the natural health food store, Only Good Stuff, next door to Vistro (which is worth the visit if looking for herbal teas and supplements).
Pros: Zatar fried chicken, Vagyu sando, Lots of choices
Cons: Expensive, Small portion sizes, Some dishes were just ok, or worse

Creative dumplings and tasty food - Edit
I enjoyed Vistro's take on dumplings: not just the standard fillings and toppings. The dumplings topped with green curry was yummy and they even had a cheese one too. Every component of the Caesar salad was tasty too. I loved the space and the service was excellent. Worth a visit!

Amazing vegan food, although not cheap - Edit
This place is offering vegan food that is as good or better than most vegan restaurants in America/Canada.
Read moreThe dumplings, the burrito bowl and the deserts were really, really tasty.
Only thing is the price that feels like we're back home.

Pros: Super tasty, Feels like a vegan restaurant back home, The deserts

Not my place - Edit
Was here two times now and wanted to give it another go that’s why I returned
Read moreFirst visit we ordered several things
Vistro Dumplings (5p)
Tokyo Tacos
Miang Kham Salad
Habibi Wrap
Second time
Ying Yang dumplings (3p)
Nearly every dish comes with cilantro which can’t be removed
First time it was ok to do the tamarind dressing without cilantro second time they weren’t able to
Highlight was the salad for sure
They pre make everything that’s why you can’t order without cilantro
Tokyo tacos were tasteless tbh
Dumplings good but again they are not homemade only the sauce to it
Also super overpriced
Five pieces of dumplings that are not homemade
They add 17% to the price as well
Interior is beautiful! Staff really kind but seems drilled ?
Wanted to order cake but thankfully looked into the window. Every piece looked too old to eat - quite an offturn
Brrr
Won’t go again #Veganuary

Good but skip the gluten free pizza - Edit
The staff was lovely and the nachos were good. However, the gluten-free crust on the pizza was disappointing to say the least. The flavours on the pizza otherwise were good. The price was high compared to other vegan places nearby.
