Vegan options - Edit
Had the vegan mushroom jaffle with spinach, hommus, vegan feta and balsamic onion - tasty. Also offers a bunch of vegan sweet treats but otherwise there are actually not that many vegan options on their menu

Frankston doesn’t have a lot of vegan or vegetarian cafes. It is nice to see a cafe that lists the options available and has a good idea of what vegan is. I had the avocado toast (vegan option) which came with vegan feta cheese. It was really tasty and a generous serve of avocado. I also had the salted caramel smoothie which was nice. I asked about a chocolate and peanut butter one but they thought the cocoa might have milk solids in it.

vegan options & friendly staff happy to veganise dishes. - Edit
Veganising involves swapping out pesto for hummus & using vegan cheeses - not just eliminating non-vegan items like many cafes.

I had a delicious roast vege turkish toasty with hummus & vegan feta - my partner had this as a jaffle.
