Most of their pastries are vegan, lots of glutenfree options as well. I enjoyed the pastries very much! They also had vegan nougat and stuffed speculoos at the time I visited and I loved it 😍 Very friendly!

They offer many vegan pastries and change their offerings regularly. The taste of their foods ranged from very good to not so tasty.
Read moreI liked their pistachio and hazelnut truffles (creamy and nutty), mango/passion fruit cake, appel tarte, choco-peanut cake and carrot cake.
The lemon merengue tarte was fine, but not worth the high price.
What I found disappointing were the chocolate cookie (not much taste), white chocolate bar (not creamy, but just sweet and salty), the eclair (tasted plain), ultimate chocolate cake and bonbons (both too bitter), entrements (too moussy) and nougat (not much flavour).

Delicious Patisserie! - Edit
Fantastic service! I called Viola's early in the morning if they had 3 vegan cakes for my 50th birthday party. They suggested to bake them specially for me during that day including putting my name on them. I could pick them up late in the afternoon (drove 40 minutes for it). They all tasted very delicious. All my non vegan guests where pleasantly surprised! I can absolutely recommend Viola's Patisserie.

I opted for a cake by Viola’s Patisserie for my birthday this year. It looked and tasted incredible. The icing to cake ratio was perfectly balanced. My only 2 points of critique would be the size and the price. It was supposed to feed 12 people and luckily we were a company of 10; otherwise I would never have been able to cut it properly. The cake was rich though, so it wasn’t lacking in that regard. I don’t exactly remember the price but it was around €60, which I find expensive for a cake of that size (wedding cakes excluded, obviously). Overall I would say I had a pleasant experience, but I’d only go back for very special occasions as all the bakes are at a higher pricepoint than this broke student can afford.

Every time I come here I am amazed at how pretty all the cakes and desserts are. There is such an amazing attention to detail with every piece.

Although it might be a bit pricey, I do think the prices are fair for the quality you get.
A must visit if you're in Eindhoven!

Super tasty vegan pastries and you can even eat vegan keto pastries which is great! I tried their vegan lemon pie, pistachio and hazelnut truffles and pistachio and chocolate pie, all incredible!! It is a bit pricey though but worth it to treat yourself😄

my favorite place for vegan pastries/cake. Their chocolate mousse is a dream. I definitely recommend this place. You can take away or sit down and have some tea, coffee or other drink to pair. They are very friendly as well. Not fully vegan but I think 50/50

Really cool to have a vegan patisserie so close to home, as you don’t come across this often. Real crafts(wo)manship. I was a bit surprised by the “cake” I chose as it was only mousse, so I will go for another one next time!

A hidden gem - Edit
What a wonderful gem of a pâtisserie. Everyone should know about this place! The owner is not a vegan herself, but she sure knows her stuff. In over ten years of veganism, these desserts are the best I’ve had. Try the white-chocolate mousse — you will thank me later.

The owner is super friendly and does her absolute best to create a range of vegan sweets. She's schooled in England and had her own secret vegan white chocolate recipe (which is delicious).

Fantastische vegan high tea - Edit
Afgelopen zaterdag hier een vegan high tea gedaan met 5 personen. We waren allemaal onder de indruk van de presentatie en de smaak van de hartige en zoetige gerechtjes. Thee werd telkens per kopje vers gezet met losse thee van het merk Crusio. Daarnaast is het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en enthousiast. Omdat de zoetigheden vanwege de vegan chocolademousse vrij machtig waren, kregen een aantal van ons een doosje met restjes mee naar huis. Een dag later heb ik nog genoten van de zoetigheden die ik over had. Een aanrader, ik ga binnenkort nog een keer!
