I've always ordered so I can't really say anything about the customer service, but I love the pizza. It's amazing, even the cheese is tasty and there's a whole vegan menu. One of the best I've ever had

Agree with other reviews - customer service isn't the best BUT the pizza itself definitely deserves trying! They have a whole menu dedicated only for vegan pizzas. The pizza is in Neapolitan style. Best for me so far - Capriccio (with tomato sauce, artichokes, mushrooms, vegan cheese, vegan ham, olives, cocktail tomatoes), the other one i tried was Serena - with tomato sauce, 2 types of vegan cheese, garlic, grilles aubergine, fresh tomatoes, basil sauce. Yummy! The place inside is small with only few tables, but currently with COVID restrictions they deliver via e.g. Pyszne.pl

Worst customer service ever! To be honest they have a nice oven, the dough is tasty. But the ingredients will be missing or substituted without you being told, drinks will be over, and the card terminal out of service. You can count on it. Trust me, I have been giving them a second chance multiple times - not many pizza places with vegan menu in Krakow. And the dough is what you expect from pizza napotelana. But the overall experience is not worth it.

Great option for fast dinner - Edit
Im really glad that on this area I could find some vegan food. Pizza was delicious! Place may not be really pleasant for romantic dinner but its best for yummy fast food :)

We stayed at an airbnb apartment very near from there (5 minutes by foot) and we went there in a cold and lazy night to try the vegan pizzas. They are soooooooo delicious!!! Not so cheap, but they worth the price! Take away totally possible. To eat there is only 2 tables and a little balcony available. Staff was friendly.

I am so glad that most of the pizzas in the place are vegan. Unfortunatelly I am not a huge fan of vegan mozzarella they are using there... it is so sticky and it doesn't smell nice, but the other pizza that I ordered with "regular" vegan cheese and it was pretty awesome. I will come back soon for more pizza for sure

Bardzo dobra wegańska pizza - Edit
Bardzo wybór pizz z wegańskimi serami i wędlinami. Ciasto jest przepyszne, a pizza na najwyższym poziomie. Szkoda tylko, że nie ma dowozu.
