Build your own bowl - vegan - Edit

Loved this place, all their sauces were vegan except one. I had the rice noodles, sweet chili tofu, squash and sweet potato, green curry sauce and topped in with all their complimentary garnishes. Surprisingly big portions and delicious. The service was excellent. We chose to dine in but you can grab takeaway in a subway type line up as well. Highly recommended

amazing find! - Edit

This is such a fantastic place. Quick, healthy food with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. You choose your base carb (brown rice, jasmine rice or rice noodles), choose a protein (I think currently the vegan option is only sweet chilli tofu, but it's amaaaazing!), then you choose veg (2 portions-I paid £1 more for an extra), then a sauce (peanut sauce - amazing; teriyaki sauce) then a cold salad (cucumber salad or pak choi salad were the options when I was there) and a little sprinkle of nuts/seeds.

The staff were so friendly and knew exactly what options were vegan. Made sure there was no cross contamination. Wanting a vegan option was no trouble and in fact very "normal" - sometimes a shock in non-veggie places.

It's also entirely gluten/wheat/dairy free.

Definitely worth a visit if you're after a quick and healthy vegan meal (although onthe quick front.... I did have wine and read my book there for an hour..)

Tasty food, friendly staff - Edit

I guess this is technically a fast food place, but it does not feel like it. You go to the counter, with a view into the kitchen, and choose either a bowl from the menu or mix-or-match your ingredients. Either way, the bowl is made up right in front of you. We had to wait about 5 minutes for more courgette to be cooked, which did not bother me at all, but the staff saw it as a serious enough delay to give 10% off of the price. The vegan bowls have tofu with teriyaki sauce, jasmine rice, and fried veg, plus there are more sauces on the tables. Although 8 pounds might seem a lot for a bowl, the food was delicious and so filling that I almost could not finish. The place has also has nice decor and a relaxed atmosphere despite the speed of service, wheelchair access, free wifi, and high chairs.

Pros: location, menu is customisable, good portion sizes

Cons: not fully veg
