Lovely local independent shop - Edit
I love having a look round here when I’m in Prestwich and think it’s such an asset to town. I always find some sort of vegan yumminess to try and also use it for a few staples like engevita and tartex. The staff are friendly and the cooperative as a whole work hard to be engaged and supportive to the community.

Best place to shop local and get vegan treats and staples - Edit
We've been shopping here for a few years and love the place. There's a great selection of seasonal fruit and veg, much of it local or organic. Plastic is at a minimum and the hoppers have some interesting options such as the sunflower mince. There's a variety of vegan prepared food such as sausages, tofu, gyozas etc and the deli often has good lunch options. Most days there's a vegan soup and the coffee comes with various milk options. Beer selection is fantastic too with the best local breweries represented. I can get pretty much everything I need for a week from there and members get loyalty discounts as well which helps.

Such a lovely place to visit for all of my vegan needs. Organic veg is reasonably priced compared to the big supermarkets and you can buy as much as you need. There are lots of refill/zero waste products, both food and cleaning. Tasty coffee too.

Great selection of vegan products. Amazing organic fruit and veg. Fresh oat milk in glass bottles that you can return when empty. Ever growing selection of zero waste refill options. Vegan zero waste red wine refill. The best vegan cake selection. Friday they have a delivery of vegan Indian snacks from Lily’s in Ashton and the samosas are to die for!

I bought vegan Indian snacks for my lunch, Onion bhajis, samosa, spring rolls etc. They were all delicious. I love that you can buy a variety of refillable items, just bring your own container, they weigh the container then you just get charged for the contents - pasta, rice, beans, soap, washing power etc...

Lots of great, fresh organic produce. The bakery sells lots of vegan goodies like burritos and pies. Lots of vegan staples like oats, lentils etc. Some cool stuff like tvp and wheat gluten which can be a pain to get sometimes. Sells lots of crutely free and vegan products like shampoo and eco friendly items like toiletries. Has a nice fridge with dairy free cheese, ice cream , kombucha etc. Reasonably priced too.

We have been doing our main shop here for the last few years. They have a separate vegan fridge, some frozen stuff too. The main draw for us is the variety of organic fruit and veg and alllll the pulses, grains and nuts. Lots of things you usually can’t get, they have refills for laundry liquid, fabric conditioner and more. A good deli counter (the Indian snacks are really good) and vegan cake alongside bread from trove.

Located in the shopping precinct of Prestwich, this gem of a store offers fresh veg, a wide selection of dry, chilled and frozen vegan foods and snacks such as vegan black bean or sweet potato burritos and vegan sausage rolls.
