Next door is their second restaurant, Della Zona which serves pizza and pasta using all the same principles as Village Bakery and is open Thur-Sat only. Two vegan cheeses available and many organic vegetable toppings. Open Wed 9:00am-9:00pm, Thu-Fri 7:30am-7:00pm, Sat 7:30am-5:00pm.

Athens, Ohio has some pretty great veg options. The last time I to Village Bakery, I was just vegetarian, so it was great to return and see the many vegan options that were available.

I got the BBQ Tempeh and I couldn’t have been happier with it. That homemade bread was really great.
They also have free and ample parking. Which is hard to come by in Athens.
