Nice surprise in Kessel - Edit
I was going to surprise my wife withn a dinner in Antwerp but whilst checking Happy Cow I came across Villa Tulsi and was intrigued by the name. When I read the reviews I knew I had to book this place some 15 minutes drive from Antwerp.
Read moreWe were so fortunate that we were the only ones there so we had the wonderfull hostess and chef Wendy as our private chef. The dining area is just beautifull and the whole surroundings are tranquil and very private as it's her own house.
Wendy started explaining her mission and the history of Villa Tulsi before presenting the starters. All the food is grown localy (where possible) and the wine was bio and vegan. All four courses were just delicious with the different flavors nd tones blending perfectly. Wendy was the best hostess we could have wished for and the soft piano and jazz music playing in the background added to the fantastic experience.
I can recomment Villa Tulsi to everyone passing through Belgium and being near Antwerp.

Na een warme ontvangst, hebben we genoten van perfect gebalanceerde gerechten, in de mooie tuin van Villa Tulsi. Een oase van rust. Alles is van begin tot eind zelf gemaakt. De huisgemaakte feta, is met voorsprong de allerbeste vegan feta die ik tot hier toe heb geproefd.

Een ontbijt U tegen te zeggen . - Edit
Ik was op zoek naar een veganistisch ontbijt in de streek waar ik logeerde ,vond de website van Villa Tulsi en was direct verkocht. Geen spijt gehad want het was geweldig.
