They don't have much vegan options, but the one they have is very nice! The staff was very friendly aswell and the location is nice if you are visiting the castles.

What a friendly little place! This bar serves also food, including their own seitan! Vegan friends have served as their food tasters, they told us, and the result is amazing. They said they had to work hard to create really good seitan. They also told that the cooks are really careful to clean everything between cooking meat and cooking seitan and vegan dishes. Well done boys! Try this place! They really try to serve their vegan customers even though they have just few dishes.

The staff is very friendly and the seitan steak is a great vegan option. I love that they clean the plate before preparing your seitan steak on it, it shows respect for your vegetarian/ vegan lifestyle.

The food was ok, a little dry, but the waiter was very friendly. If you’re in Sintra, you should definitely go. They had really good beer as well!

good effort for the vegan options - Edit
So there are two vegan dishes (besides the side dishes), the seitan sandwich and the seitan plate, which comes with fries instead of the bread. We had the sandwich and fries and grilled vegetables for the side dish. The sandwich was good but lacked some sauce in our opinion. Vegetables and fries were also tasty. The waiter told us that the restaurant is very new and he wants to establish some vegan options in the restaurant because he has a lot of vegan friends who are bored of the lack of vegan food in Sintra. He said that he makes the seitan himself. He also said that he'll include plant milk in the menu. All in all a very good option for a vegan meal in Sintra and 4/5 for the amazing effort to increase the vegan options in Sintra.
