Extremely helpful staff prepared vegan breakfast

We forgot to inform the hotel in advance to ask for a vegan breakfast and only told them Friday afternoon when we arrived. It was January so a slow season and they worried they wouldn't have much to offer and said if only we informed them sooner. We went to a local health store and bought some food for breakfast instead. It was such a lovely surprise in the morning that the staff waited for us to prepare us something fresh. They offered grilled veggies and baked beans in tomato sauce, mushrooms and chopped onion with mushrooms (excellent) - what a feast! They also had dairy free butter. Also we went for a lunch the other day and the other member of the staff already knew from a colleague that we were vegan and offered what could be veganised for us. We got the beetroot carpaccio and carrot gnocchi and it was not bad. Lovely seating with a view of St Barbara church. In summer possibility to eat on a terrace with the same view.
