Seasonal opening from June to December only. Cafe situated on the ceremony square of the 1980 Summer Olympics sailing regatta. Combines the Olympic hub's vibe with a new Scandinavian furnishing style. Serves breakfast in the morning,then pay-per-weight buffet from 12-7pm. In addition a selection of baked goods and cakes are available all day. Moved here in 2018 from Purje 8. Confirmed closed, Jan 2020.

A lovely cafe by the sea - Edit
This cosy cafe is a bit far away from the centre, so one possibly will not go there, unless doing something else in the area. But it indeed is worth a visit! The cafe has a very chill atmosphere, and the view is amazing. The food selection is diverse, both in the buffet and in the set menu. The cakes are amazing as well. Vigri is a great and logistically convenient place to go warm oneself up with a hearty meal or a cuppa tea/coffee/hot choci after ice swimming : )

It's special place, if you need to take some time off and look out of the window and sea is really behind it. We love their buffee, soups, sweets. My favourite is their potato salad and poppy roll. 💪🤘

The peanut muffin is to die for, so soft and yummy!!! The buffet pay-per-weight is so tasty, but be careful: arrive between 12-12:30 or you are going to have only few options. The food is really good!!! Each 100 g = 1,60€. The cappuccino is also very good and has 3 plant-based milk options (soy, almond, oat). They also sell pastries, desserts, lots of beverages, some cold and already packed vegan sandwiches to take away (in the fridge). Also chia puddings and chocolate avocado mousse. I will come back tomorrow to try the pastries and the broccoli quiche (I am craving for that). Location is wonderful, amazing view, lots of different ambiances to choose and sit (out and inside).

Healthiest Vegan food in Town - Edit
We really enjoy this place each time we visit it, there is always good healthy light vegan food to enjoy. Kids loved the cakes they offer. We really enjoyed Vegan milkshake and the potato form. The place itself is nice and cozy.

I didn't have the buffet as I tend to pile my plate too high then pay a heap in weight. So had the quiche instead. It was yum but my fave was the cinnamon scroll. Really yummy one of the best I've ever had.

Das kleine Café/Restaurant liegt ein wenig versteckt im Hafenbereich, aber es lohnt sich das Ziel zu suchen. Ein herrlich ruhiger, maritimer Ort. Die Essensauswahl ist nicht riesig, aber es sah alles appetitlich aus. Ich habe ein Stück Salattorte und ein Stück Quiche gegessen. Beides schmeckte ausgezeichnet und der Preis war angemessen-günstig.

Timing is everything. - Edit
The buffet is not big but sufficient; you may find less variety depending on the time of the day. Less mains means there's room for dessert, and they usually have raw vegan stuff that that quickly fills you up. After food, you may want to take a walk at the beach or hike in the forest across the bridge at the main street. That's my go-to whenever I visit. :D

I don't know how this place managed to arrive at the list of top rated restaurant in Tallinn. The buffet had only 3-4 options and all of them looked very bad. The cake I took was a salty cake (don't try this ever in your life) and the water had an awful taste - not the taste of regular water. (it was not sparking either!).

Has a healthy approach. Kid friendly. Nice terrace in the summer period by the yacht harbour. Spicy latte was inedible - it was literally like drinking pure coconut oil with spices. Other foods were okay. Is good for lunch as well as for cake and coffee.

This is an amazing restaurant. They have a delicious buffet that's priced by weight, so you can take as much or as little as you desire.

Then there's the pastries - savoury as well as sweet. I'd recommend the peanut butter chocolate cinnamon bun.
You definitely won't regret coming here.

Both of our plates cost around 11€ and we couldnt even finish. Really, really delicious food and we also had a champignon pirogge and a peanutbutter-chocolate bun to go and both of them were fantastic as well. Definetely worth the ride!

Great place in the Pirita Marina - Edit
In the middle of the 1980's Olympic Sailing Venue you will find this really wonderful vegan place. Tried their lunch buffet (priced by weight) and a couple of their cakes. Food was good and cakes awesome! Homemade bread is served with the buffet. We walked there from central Tallinn (approximately 45 minutes) along the beach promenade, and took the bus back (2 euros per person). The architeture is really interesting in the area around the restaurant so make sure to take a walk around the area after your meal.
