I went there for the vegan pho on a Tuesday, but they only serve it on Fridays, so plan ahead! I got fried tofu with vermicelli instead and it was good!

Best vegan pho I have ever had. They will make Tofu spring rolls. #5 Chinese sausage rice dish can be made with tofu also. Brenda the owner is very accommodating.
