Not a food truck

Small little restaurant tucked away in Waianae. My wife and i visit lots of thai and vietnamese places on island and this place was interesting. The server was informed. I asked for a tofu bahn mi and tofu panang curry and was asked if i was vegetarian- so they were able to make adjustments to make it vegan. The food was good for the area , but not near the best on island. The curry didnt harmonize in the way that made the peanut taste rich. I dont want to fault them for lacking tofu- but i was paying full price. I wouldnt go all the way out here for food, but it can definitely get better. Needs improvement- 2/5.
