Super nice vietnamese restaurant in Halle - Edit
Vietnamese restaurant with tons of vegetarian and vegan menu options.
Read moreFrom starters, over rice and noodle dinners, to desserts, you'll find lots of really delicious options to eat and drink.
Had the Bun Chay Nam Bo and it was super tasty.
In the evening hours it can get a little bit crowded, so It’s better to reserve a table. Nevertheless service is super fast. #Veganuary

Vietnamese with a lot potential - Edit
Cute vietnamese restaurant with a variety of vegan dishes, which are not marked separately (had to ask them to confirm that dishes are vegan). Ordered a really good bowl with tofu, pasta and seitan and the seitan was prepared really good!
Read moreService was quick but not too friendly - my friend asked if they can veganize one of the dishes (switch chicken with tofu) but they said no!
Pros: good prices, seitan was prepared really good

Mixed feelings - Edit
We came here after trying to eat at a veggie restaurant down the street that had only a soup and fries as vegan options. Big veggie menu although not clearly labeled what is actually vegan. The food was alright, my husband loved his rice dish and I liked my noodles, though the wonton soup and the summer rolls were only mediocre. Biggest downfall for us was the service. We were greeted and served by 3 different people but none of them thought to offer us a child seat. My husband even said, ‚they would surely offer us one if they had it, right?‘ And sure enough after our meal I saw it on the way to the bathroom. Our meal could have much more enjoyable if we didn’t have to hold our baby when we ate. Big big no no on top of that was also that there was a nail sticking out of the table on the side my baby and husband sat and he ripped his sweater while picking something off the floor. This could seriously harm someone but when we made them aware it was shrugged off with the words ‚it will be taken care of‘. No apologies, nothing was done to make up for our broken clothes or inconvenience. We won’t be back

Full page of vegan dishes - Edit
I can't really agree with some of the previous reviews, they had a full page of the menue filled with vegan dishes (see picture), maybe they had an update in their menue. Staff was really friendly and the food was ready pretty quick as well. The food was delicious, I can recommend no. 58 (stir fry-ish with Tofu and Seitan) and quite cheap (10eur). Would give 5/5 if possible.

Delicious fresh food - Edit
Waiters know what vegan means. They have a vegetarian page. Most of the vegetarian dishes are vegan or can be made vegan. Just ask the servers.

Delicious but limited vegan options - Edit
The menu mainly features dishes with meat, but there is a whole vegetarian page. Vegan dishes are very rare and you mostly have to guess them or ask the employees. It's a very nice place with beautiful decorations and you won't have to wait long for your meal to be prepared.

Limited vegan options and poor service - Edit
Vegan options are limited. The food is not fresh and ingredients are of poor quality. Servers are very impatient when requested for help to find vegan food.

beautifully prepared food - Edit
The Viet village offers tasty food in a lovely atmosphere. The decorations show a passion for detail such as lamps that appear to be part of a electrical power line, empty bird cages, the bar reminds of a wooden market stall.
Read moreThe service was fast and friendly even though the outdoor area was crowded. Without hesitation they could tell us about the vegan options.
The starters were great, we had the eggplant salad and tofu in fried green rice. It was beautifully arranged again with a passion for detail.
Pros: tasty, beautiful
Cons: vegan options not clearly marked
