Says vegan but has lots of unvegan allergens - Edit
According to the menu all vegan dishes have unvegan allergens like milk, eggs, seafood, fish etc.
Read moreSo it seems they do exchange meat with vegan protein but keep the other ingredients like egg noodles, fish sauce unvegan curry paste etc from the original dishes.
Thus, not vegan and not recommended.

Amazing restaurant - Edit
It’s a rather small restaurant that focuses on delivery, but there’s also the possibility to eat there. The owner is really friendly and the cook as well. They have many vegan options using a meat alternative. The food tastes delicious and the portions are big, you should definitely give it a chance! I really recommend the 55c!
