I would have given 4 stars but they use a shared fryer for all fried foods, so I got the steamed tofu and, while I know it's better for me, it doesn't taste as good. Pho broth was pretty good.
As a recent convert to a plant-based diet, I asked the owners of Viet Pho if they offered veggie options. I quickly became a fan of the spicy veggie bowl and drunken noodles.
Last night, I tried the veggie pho. It was soooooo good! The broth was flavorful and rich, and there was a lovely mix of veggies, tofu, and toppings. Viet Pho was a favorite place in the past because they don't cook with MSG. They continue to delight with healthy, tasty Asian food!

Just another Pho - Edit
Vegan/Vegetarian option well labelled. Taste has expected for any Vietnamese Pho.
