Top Tier Vietnamese Restaurant - Edit
Berlin is full of decent to good vegan Vietnamese restaurants. But there are only a few that are a level above that. After two visits in the past few weeks, Viet Next Door has emerged as a contender. The rice noodle salad - one of those dishes that almost every veg vietnamese place offers - was simple but on point, fresh and delicious. Exactly what I wanted in that moment. The red curry was different to the curries you get at most other places. It was far spicier and had a much nicer presentiation, with nice, spongey fried tofu. Maybe the second best vietnamese red curry in the city after Chay Long's. One minor complaint: if it says "with thai basil" on the menu, I'd like there to be more than 1-2 leaves. The bowl with tofu, vegan prawns and tempeh could have had a little bit more of all three, but was tasty nonetheless. Friendly staff. The place is cozy and on the smaller side.

I had the classic phô which was excellently spiced and had a great variety of vegetable and mock-meat ingredients.
For the next day I took summer rolls to-go which also were just like the have to be.
All in all: can’t wait to get back and try the rest!

Ultra leckere Reisnudeln - Edit
Wir waren sowohl von der Reisbowl Saté als auch von den Reisnudeln (Bún Bò Nam Bô Chay) super begeistert. Die Getränke waren außerdem sehr liebevoll dekoriert, ebenso das Restaurant an sich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es wärmstens weiter.

Mein absoluter Lieblings Vietnamese. Immer viel frisches Gemüse und super lecker zubereiteter Tofu und tempeh bei den Gerichten. Die Hausgemachten Limos sind auch super und bei weitem nicht so süß wie normale Softdrinks. Auch die Desserts sind hier sehr zu empfehlen.

Große Auswahl an Tofu, Saitan, Tempeh - Edit
Wir haben eine leckere Reisbowl gegessen mit lauter besonderem unbekannten Gemüse, Tofu und Tempeh und eine Bowl mit knusprig paniertem Tofu und Erdnusssoße. Die Auswahl an sommerlichen Schorlen waren auch nett. Zudem sitzt man im Sommer nett draußen.
