Awesome vietnamese option in southwest suburbs

Several vegan options including tofu spring rolls, noodle or rice bowl and vegan pho!

Vietnamese vegan options

A great little Vietnamese restaurant sandwiched in between Home Depot and Party City with plenty of vegan options in Countryside. I had the Vegan Pho which has mushrooms and tofu and is served with the usual sides of bean sprouts, chillies, limes and Thai basil. My partner had the Noodle Salad which includes vegan egg rolls, lettuce and peanuts. Both were delicious. We shared the tofu spring rolls which were good but would be better with additional ingredients like carrots and cucumber. Overall the food and atmosphere were great. #Veganuary

Pros: Plenty of vegan options, Lots of parking, No reservations required

Cons: Tofu rolls are a bit plain (just noodles and tofu), Sauces are not really available on the table, No vegan dessert option or dairy free milk
