Vegan and vegetarian options are not differentiated on the menu, but the listed ingredients and the staff can tell you what is vegan (and some dishes can be made without egg etc.). Tofu and seitan are the vegan options for most of the dishes. I really like the summer rolls and noodle dishes, and always find the atmosphere and staff to be friendly and welcoming. This is a regular of mine and worth the trip out to Northenden.😄

The pho tastes very fresh and oil free, big bowls and you can add as much spice as you like.

Viet Guy use vegan broth & don’t over-salt the food - Edit
Plenty of vegan options. Good sized portions. I had summer rolls followed by Vietnamese noodle soup Pho with Tofu. if you tell them you are vegan, Viet Guy ensure you get vegan broth. Both were delicious. Neither were over-salted. Seitan is offered as an alternative to tofu. Be aware service is automatically added to bills unless you decline this option. If not, you can end up accidentally paying twice for service. Plan to return soon & try the Seitan.
