For bold and ready for experiments, we recommend. - Edit

We rested in December 2017 in Mui Ne. The portal Happy Cow found a vegetarian cafe in Phan Thiet. Have decided to go. They write that the place is atmospheric, but there is a nuance: the menu in Vietnamese without photos, the staff speaks only Vietnamese. We arrived - the place is really amazing. Everywhere everything is about Buddhism and tea. It looks like this place is a great meeting of Buddhist monks. At the entrance the girl met, silently led to the gazebo over the river, gave the menu. Google-translator with the task failed, the menu could not translate. A nun-cook came. How could we explain that we want soup noodles, stewed spinach, lettuce, spring rolls and fried rice, we did not understand ourselves. We had to wait for dinner, listening to bird song and frog trills.
Salad of fern sprouts and tomato was a success. The soup was thick, but without noodles, with some oval pieces reminiscent of acorns, beans or small fungi. After these things were identified as lotus seeds. THIS IS SO! Spring rolls were not fried and sharp enough. This was preparation for rice - it was already thoroughly acute. In addition, spinach was served with sauce in a separate saucepan. This sauce was just chaos - pure chili. We cried and laughed, poured a fire in the stomachs with coconut milk. The cook was very pleased with the effect produced. Finally embraced her, shook hands with each other and at her initiative together photographed for memory. The interiors were photographed. The place is crazy atmospheric. Get from Coop.Mart by taxi, showing the map. We had a heartfelt time, had a delicious meal. For bold and ready for experiments, we recommend.
