Hidden Gem in Yakima - Edit
I highly recommend the vegan tacos, karma smoothie and their baked goods. The two guys working were super friendly and helpful! Food was delicious and wholesome, great stop while traveling through Washington. I would go again if I'm ever in the area.

Friendly service, great food - Edit
Stopped by for lunch today and immediately felt welcome. Chatted with two of the owners as they prepared our food. They were so friendly and positive with a very inspiring story on their transition to plant based. We ordered two smoothies, the Buddha bowl, Toast AF, and Groovy sandwich. Everything was delicious and left us feeling full of energy!

Yummy Healthy Flavor - Edit
This family-owned business had fresh, quality ingredients on hand on a Tuesday, we loved our Buddha bowls with lime sauce and we tried a couple of the smoothies. The El Detox was light and crisp, while the Zynergy was sweet and flavorful. The owner was working and was friendly and inviting. He even sent us off with a free extra serving of their home made vegan ranch dressing which was a nice addition to the bowls. The lobby was also decorated with some really interesting house plants and cacti.

Amazing Place with Amazing People!! - Edit
This restaurant is 100% plant-based. The menu items offered is just right, not too many not too few. We had the tacos and the Buddha bowl. They were fantastic, loaded with a ton of fresh veggies, beans, and the sauces - OMGeee - so good!

And the people…WOW! Super-positive and full of love and welcome to all. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

Really good smoothies - Edit
Stopped here on a road trip 4 days after my son had his wisdom teeth out. We both got smoothies and loved them. The guy who made them was very sweet as well. I want to go back for a meal.
Read moreUpdate: Came back 7 months later and had the tacos. So good and so much food. My (omnivore) brother had the hippie sandwich and really liked it! And he never likes the hippie food I make😒. Plus we shared a slice of chocolate pie and wow is that good.

Yakima’s hidden treasure! - Edit
Highly recommend! This place offers healthy options without compromising the taste. Their vegan tacos are delicious - they use fresh, colorful ingredients. Their smoothie: 10/10! I had their chocolate pie today and it has become my favorite pastry in town. If you like rich chocolaty goodness, you need to try this pie! They have very generous portions and it becomes apparent right away they use the best ingredients. Love the vibe of this place (they are on Uber/DoorDash/etc but recommend going in person as well).

The Central Washington Oasis - Edit
Crammed into the commercial blur of W. [censored] Hill Blvd is a blissful experience if you manage to catch it.
Read moreVida Health Bar's humility in attitude and design is contrasted by a bold, yet simple menu that states "We know what the heck we're doing😎"
Staple smoothies are taken off the beaten path with successful amendments that result in standout offerings and the only memorable smoothie since your first, not too unlike that unforgettable, sexual partner you'll downplay in recount to every lover after.
Let's talk about the Hippie Sandwich:
-Perfectly toasted bread
-A thin brush of ranch that was so well-balanced, it had to be made in-house
-A chorus of crisp veggies assembled so orderly and in proper quantity that the cross-section looked too good to be true
My meal was topped off with slice of with a chocolate pie slice not of this world. This thing was, is and always will be gluten-free, dairy-free and raw. What it will never be is off my personal top 3 desserts of all-time, even if it got bumped down two spots.
Yakima, WA is almost never more than a place that's on the way to your actual destination, but Vida's continued excellence will surely see a change to that.
Pros: Feel truly cared for for once in your life, Feel revitalized while stuffing your face, Feel pie preconceptions crumble
Cons: Yakima, Only kidding, Or am I?

A worthwhile detour - Edit
If you are in Yakima or passing through this place deserves a stop. They support local farmers, have a real passion for plant-based foods, are super friendly and knowledgeable about their ingredients, and the food is delicious. They were out of two lunch items and were super apologetic about it so I got two orders of the vegan tacos (they gave me a Taco Tuesday discount!) and the Hippy sandwich to go for some friends and we devoured it all and felt so good (one friend isn’t even vegan)! I also got the detox smoothie and it was delicious and I felt very rejuvenated after my long drive - I also learned about black seed oil and am definitely going to find some now! If I’m passing through again I will definitely revisit.

Finally, a great healthy place to eat with a great story too. - Edit
The story behind the creation of this place is proof in the chia pudding that whole plant based foods can and will heal you inside and out! Freddy told me his story and was happy to share and inquire about my own reasons and experiences. The food was great and the staff is happy for life and anyone that choses this path and lifestyle of eating. Mad props!! Only thing that doesn't make it 100% vegan is honey, but they are aware and informed about using honey from well maintained bee farms that do not poison or destroy the hives. Legit

Quality of food is amazing - Edit
The menu is small because the business is new, but everything they make is excellent. Superb quality. Great story behind the business. Fresh. Mostly raw and Whole Foods. Vegan other than optional addition of honey or bee pollen. I only wish they were closer to my work place so I could frequent more often.

Refreshing! - Edit
This juice bar is a chill environment, good vibes and passionate workers. Supporting a juicery in Yakima is a pleasure because we do not have many healthy options. The owners decided to open this place because one of the family member was diagnosed with cancer and this awakened the importance of eating healthier foods. This place shows that healthy is good. The convenience is amazing.
Read moreThat day I ordered the acai and Pitaya bowl, I was going to share it with my family members but I decided to go to the park and eat one of the bowls. I was taking a photo of the bowl and I seen at the corner of my eye someone observing me. I said hello to the person, then I thought and asked the person; " Would you like to have a bowl" I gave her one of them instead of sharing with my family. She said "Very good and refreshing" I hope she enjoyed the experience and will visit them.
Inside seating but no seating outside.
Order through the phone or come on in enjoy the experience.
