I’ve been anxiously awaiting for Vida Vegan to open their store front, I used to just visit them at the farmers market. The food is delicious, and the owners are exceptionally nice. Desserts are extra yummy

Phenomenal! Soft open, but worth the long wait. - Edit
Just in its second week, soft open so wait was long, kitchen was getting its bearings. But well worth the wait! Fry bread taco was amazing! Cinnamon roll pancakes too. Good indoor and outdoor seating options. Highly recommend the taco, as well as both the Hibiscus drink and the coconut horchata (for a thrill that outshines any starbucks pink drink, mix them together). Good for kids. Exceptional brunch locale. Will return.

Awesome transition from pop up to physical restaurant! - Edit
Went to the soft opening of this restaurant for tonight and had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly, the food was delicious and I am excited about yet another vegan dining establishment opening in Bakersfield.

We also liked the variety of food given to us including vegan wontons, a crispy chickn sandwich, and three separate desserts. The food was cooked well, presented in an attractive way and everyone could taste the love that went into creating the meal. I look forward to visiting again and can't wait to introduce my family and friends to my new favorite vegan restaurant in Bakersfield!

Update 4.25.2019: they just opened their restaurant and their food is unbelievable! (note: It was a soft opening tonight, officially opened next week)

Their friendly customer service and their absolutely delicious food options are everything we need when it comes to enjoying a great meal.
Try their cakes, cookies and purepas! Every new item they incorporate is out of this world.
They will soon open a restaurant besides being at the farmers market on Haggin Oak on Sundays. I can't wait!!!
