We went to vibrazioni vegetali for the Roman night and had an amazing supplì and bruschetta and also a fantastic pasta carbonara and tasty seitan. we were very happy with the food and the wine, it's also cheaper than most vegan places.

Locale molto carino, intimo, una 30ina di coperti. Molto ben organizzato, cucina casalinga, servizio veloce. Prezzi decisamente abbordabili.

I’ve discovered this little restaurant 2 years ago and I fell in love with it. It’s cozy, the food is delicious and the menu changes every day; the owners are really kind, you can feel the love they have for their job in the food they cook. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place, outside of the big city. #Veganuary

Li ho "scoperti" da pochissimo. Ci sono stata 2 volte a mangiare sedendomi ed 1 volta con l'asporto. Il cuoco è davvero bravo e chi serve ai tavoli è molto gentile, sorridente ed attenta. Assieme creano una bella atmosfera.

Beautiful cozy place, grwat smiles in the service and general attitude, we got the taster menu as we are eager to try everything and anything vegan. They also sell produce so we had a whole cheese cut up for us to eat at our table. The food is good, the portions a fair size. We were wonderfully full after our tasty meal. Second time there in a week, the menu changes every day and is Italian but also varied and wholesome. No doubt we will be back. Keep it up as it is good.

Traditional Italian food veganised. We had some pasta al ragù and farinata (traditional Italian chickpea based thick savoury pancake) with cabbage. Dessert option were: wholegrain hazelnut sponge cake with melted chocolate and persimmon mousse. Everything was delicious!

It's really great price for lunch

La mia precedente recensione era stata più che positiva, ma durante la serata "tartufo e funghi porcini" e successo l'irreparabile: un risotto fatto con un un riso strano non adatto alla risottatura che sembrava vagamente un piccolo orzo o un parboiled di scarsa qualità cotto nell'acqua non salata completamente disassemblato e annegato in un mare di olio al tartufo di scarsa qualità con 3 e dico 3 scagliette di tartufo nero insapore e inodore neanche grattugiate ma mischiate al mare di olio quasi freddo senza nessuna mantecatura, spacciato per uno splendido risotto al tartufo bianco di Alba. Due fettine di seitan (immangiabile) compresso dal bordo liscio di scarsa qualità viscido e con due cucchiai di sugo di boleti vari sempre quasi freddo senza sale, una polentina grossa come una scatoletta di tonno da 80 grammi gelata con sopra due cucchiai di un battuto finissimo di funghi vari ripassato in padella e rigorosamente quasi freddo su polenta gelata il tutto ovviamente senza sale pepe e aggiustamenti di sorta. ed infine una fetta di castagnaccio alta 7/8 mm con dentro due uvette e due pinoli (ma dico due non per dire) una spolverata di rosmarino secco buttato sopra, senza alcuna umidità spessore fragranza ovviamente ghiacciato senza un filo di confettura di castagne o qualunque altro topping che lo potesse far distinguere da una suola di scarpa in gomma. Un litro di acqua frizzante microfiltrata il tutto per la modica cifra di 35 euro a testa. A cesare quel che è di cesare la signora al servizio in sala simpatica gentilissima e premurosa, ma il resto troppo imbarazzante anche per ritentare una sola volta la fortuna, dispiace ma non ci torneremo più. A casa forse sarà stato anche il nervoso ho dovuto mettere mano al bicarbonato. Non ci sarebbe da dare alcuna stella ma il sistema mi impone di darne due.

Awesome food experience in this little, cosy restaurant. They literally shovelled food in our mouths at an inexpensive price: for merely 25 euros, we had an antipasto buffet with top many choices to choose from, followed by three “primo” courses (pasta, risotto and soup), three main courses (chickpea burger, soy stew and grilled vegan cheese), three veggies and seven desserts! I was so stuffed I thought I was going to explode. All the dishes were very nice and cooked with care. Definitely recommended, even though I would advise not to try anything on their menu since it’s really too big!
