My Dad & brother (who are decidedly not whole food-plant based like my wife & I) dropped by for lunch 2 weeks ago. We all had grilled sandwiches of one kind or other, I had kombucha & Dad (93!) had a smoothie. Everything was very good & tasty. The staff was very pleasant. When I am next in the 'burgh, I would definitely come back to Vibrant Sunshine again.

Read moreCarries smoothies and food from Pittsburgh Juice Company. I had the mint chip smoothie which literally tasted like mint chocolate chip ice cream (delicious!). I also had the fresh rolls which were fantastic - the cashew tahini sauce was SO GOOD. They also had pastries from Driftwood, including some vegan options, and vegan cookies made in house.
There were a lot of different options and I’ll definitely be back to try them out! The shop itself is really clean and cute, and seems like a great place for good vibes!
